Privacy Policy

Effective date: 3 November 2026. See also our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

    1. Who we are

Gammen is an AI-powered creative platform operated under the Gammen name in Victoria, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information. Contact: support@gammen.com.

    2. Information we collect

    • Account information: your email address, name (if provided) and sign-in credentials, handled by our authentication system.
    • Content you provide: prompts, uploaded images, video and audio, and the images, video and audio generated for you.
    • Billing information: plan, token purchases, amounts, currency, payment status and payment-provider reference numbers.
    • Usage information: token balances and transactions, generation history, and support messages you send us.
    • Technical information: basic device, browser and connection details, and referral codes if you arrive through a referral link.
    • EARN participants: referral activity, commission records and the PayID or PayPal details you provide for payouts.

    3. Why we use it

We use personal information to create and secure your account, provide generations and editing, process payments and token balances, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, run the EARN program and meet legal obligations.

    4. Account registration and security

Accounts are created with an email address and password. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including limiting access to payment and account systems. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please keep your password confidential.

    5. Your content, storage and retention

Your uploads, prompts and generated outputs are stored so that you can access them in your library and projects, and are sent to our AI providers (section 6) to carry out your requests.

We have not set a fixed retention period for customer content. It is kept while your account is active or until deleted, and some records (such as billing and transaction records) may be kept as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your content or account (section 9).

    6. AI providers, service providers and overseas transfers

To provide generation and editing, we send the relevant prompts and media to third-party AI providers, currently Google (Gemini and Veo models) and fal.ai. Payments are handled by Stripe. Our website and database are provided by our hosting platform.

These providers may process information outside Australia. We have not verified the specific locations where each provider processes data.

Each provider has its own terms and privacy policy covering whether it retains your content or uses it to improve or train models. Those terms can change and are outside our control, so Gammen makes no commitment on those matters on the providers' behalf. Please do not upload content you are not comfortable sending to these providers.

    7. Payments

Card and other payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are processed by Stripe. Gammen does not receive or store your full card number. We receive details such as your email, the plan or token package, the amount, payment status and Stripe reference IDs.

    8. Cookies, analytics and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage that are needed to keep you signed in, remember your currency, attribute referrals and continue a checkout. Our hosting platform may collect basic visitor statistics. We do not sell personal information.

    9. Access, correction and deletion

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@gammen.com from your account email address. We will respond and tell you what we can do. We may need to keep some records where the law requires.

    10. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, email support@gammen.com and we will investigate and reply. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

    11. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do. Read it with our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
