What is Gammen?
How do I get started?
- Create a free account and verify your email.
- Use your free tokens to make your first image or video.
- Pick a monthly plan when you want to make more.
Do I get anything free?
Yes. You get 150 free tokens when you join, and you need to verify your email to use them. They’re a starting allowance, not unlimited use.
I can’t sign in. What should I do?
Check that you’re using the email you signed up with. If you’ve forgotten your password, use Forgot password to get a reset email.

Where do I see my plan and tokens?
Open your Account page to see your plan, billing and renewal date. Your token balance is shown in the app while you create.

🎨CREATE & AI Generation
How do I create an image or video?
- Open Create (sign in first).
- Describe what you want, or add a character or reference.
- Choose image or video and press generate.
How do I keep the same character in different scenes?
Make a character in Characters, save it, then tag it by name in your Create prompt so it appears in your content.
Where do my creations go?
Everything you make is saved to your Library, where you can preview, download and reuse it.
My generation failed. What now?
Try again, or simplify your prompt. If a generation fails, the tokens held for it are returned to you.
If it keeps failing, contact support with what you were making and roughly when.
Why is my video taking a while?
Videos take longer than images, and can take a few minutes. You can leave the page and find the finished video in your Library.
🎬STUDIO & Video Editing
How do I upload my footage?
- Open Studio (sign in first).
- Choose to upload and pick your video clips. You can add more than one.
- Tell Studio what to change, or edit scene by scene.
What can Studio do?
Studio can edit your video with AI, split it into scenes, reorder scenes, edit by chat and export your finished video. See what Studio can do.
How do I save my project?
Press Save the first time. After that, changes autosave. Find your saved projects in Studio under Projects. If a save fails, your changes stay on screen so you can try again.
How do I export my video?
When you’re happy with it, choose Export in Studio. Exporting can take a few minutes, and you can safely leave Studio while it works.
Your finished video is also saved to your media library.
🪙Tokens, Pricing & Payments
What are tokens?
Tokens are your creating credits. Making something uses a few tokens. You always see the cost before you create.
Do tokens come back every month?
Yes. Each monthly plan gives you a fresh allowance of tokens every month. See Pricing for exact amounts.
Which currencies and prices do you use?
Plans are billed monthly in AUD, and no GST is charged. USD checkout is not open yet. See Pricing for current prices.
My payment didn’t work.
Try again, or check with your card provider. If you were charged but your plan didn’t update, check your Account page first.
Still not right? Contact support with your account email and the date of the payment.
How do I cancel my plan?
Open Account and use the cancel option. Your plan stays active until the current period ends.
Can I get a refund?
We don’t list a refund policy on this page, so we can’t promise one. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact support and we’ll look into it.
💸EARN & Reselling
How does EARN work?
- Sign up and open your Earn page to switch on your personal link.
- Share it with people.
- When someone you referred subscribes, you earn commission.
How much do I earn?
Commission is 50% of eligible subscription payments from people you refer, while they stay subscribed. Earnings depend on your referrals and are not guaranteed.
When do I get paid?
New commissions show as Pending, then move to Payable after a 7-day hold, then Paid out once you’ve requested a payout.
Payouts go to your PayID or PayPal, so add one in your Earn page.
What if a customer refunds or cancels?
Refunded or reversed payments never become payable. Cancellations stop future commissions, and anything already paid out is yours to keep.
